Whilst we don't want to worry smaller organisations too much, it's important to reference the legal obligations associated with menopause support in the workplace.

Direct Line has been ordered to pay a former employee almost £65,000 after it failed to make reasonable adjustments when her role was affected by menopause symptoms.

Another win at tribunal up in Scotland for a teacher who has successfully claimed disability discrimination and unfair dismissal after her employer failed to make reasonable adjustments for symptoms of menopause and anxiety.
