Topic: Statistics
Hi all.

We refer to '1 in 10 leaving due to menopause ....' but I am looking for something specifically at leadership/senior level. Just wondering if anyone can help with stats around the impact of menopause in the 'senior/leadership' segment of our workforce in the UK?

If this information is not available as a statistic, does anyone have any examples of how they have translated this statistic to focus specifically on the impact on an organisations senior/leadership team.

For context, I am delivering an intro session the client base of a group of recruitment companies who place candidates at senior manager level and above.

Thanks for your help.

Lela x

This is really helpful - thank you for the update. I would be really interested to know if this route is working and if those 15 potential clients have been paired up successfully with a network trainer?

Hi All

Just wanted to share some potentially useful information for those of you wanting to link in to your local or regional Chambers of Commerce.

There are a couple of articles which will be of interest here from the British Chambers of Commerce which you may find useful, and I think make a great hook for getting the ear of your local or regional Chamber office.

I have shared this information with Helen today who is going to start a conversation with the BCC to introduce our offerings from the top down via their CEO Shevaun Haviland and here team.

I am offering a free managers training session for the Board members of the individual Chambers (they are usually quite small organisations) in return for Membership and a spot/opportunity to deliver the introduction session to their respective membership contingent.

At regional level I am currently talking to the offices for Dorset & Somerset, Business West Chamber, Devon & Plymouth Chamber I am planning to engage with Thames Valley Chamber group and Chamber for Wales this week too.  In addition, there are loads of smaller ‘Town Chambers’ who will have a smaller reach but are just as useful to engage with from a networking POV.

Hope this helps.

How is everyone getting on? Bit quiet on here……?

Good morning All

Great to be connected and have a place to share.  Lovely to meet you Morna and to hear a bit about your background - great idea to share our AOE's too.

I have a background of Generalist HR, worked my way from the bottom to Director level. I also have experience of running a couple of little businesses. I'm in Salisbury Wiltshire (not far from Catherine Richardson)

A lot of my expertise sits around coaching and mentoring managers for either personal or organisational development.

I have two English Springer Spaniels, one Springador, two cats, chickens, children...... its country living all the way!  Oh and a husband!

Looking forward to hearing more and getting to know everyone a bit better.
