I was asked in a manager session yesterday why the average age of menopause has reduced from 57 to 51 in the last one hundred years and whether this downward trend is likely to continue.  I had to admit I didn't know the answer, can anyone help so I can pass it on to my client?

Thanks

Morna

Hi Lela

I am delivering the introductory session for Ayrshire Chamber members in November. I am already a member there which probably made the conversation a little easier. Doing this as a freebie but obviously hoping to generate some interest.  I suspect the level of interest from individual Chambers will depend on whether they have any internal training on the topic already. Will feedback how I get on.

Thank you Silvana that looks not dissimilar to mine but more user friendly.  Yes please re the emailed copy morna@thepeopleportfolio.co.uk
Hello

I was wondering if anyone has a neat one page agreement that you are using with your Henpicked clients that you might be willing to share?  I have a client agreement document that I use for other things but it feels a bit complex for use in this context so looking to simplify.

Thanks in advance

Morna

Hi everyone and thanks for setting up the forum Helen.

For those I haven't met I am Morna and I am based in East Ayrshire about 20 miles South of Glasgow.  I live with my husband and dog 🐕and have 2 grown up daughters who are happily off doing their own thing.

My background is in recruitment, both agencies and in-house, and I have also done a lot of outplacement, facilitation and training over the years. I have been working in the menopause space for a couple of years now, including running return to work programmes for menopausal women and supporting a large social care charity with their menopause awareness project which has included a lot of training as well as policy work and awareness raising.  It even involved a trip to the Scottish Parliament at one point.

I am delighted to be in this group and happy to jump on a call to discuss ideas etc at any time.  Looking forward to getting to know you.

😊
