| Hi all. We refer to '1 in 10 leaving due to menopause ....' but I am looking for something specifically at leadership/senior level. Just wondering if anyone can help with stats around the impact of menopause in the 'senior/leadership' segment of our workforce in the UK? If this information is not available as a statistic, does anyone have any examples of how they have translated this statistic to focus specifically on the impact on an organisations senior/leadership team. For context, I am delivering an intro session the client base of a group of recruitment companies who place candidates at senior manager level and above. Thanks for your help. Lela x |
