We didn’t want to be too prescriptive with this but felt it best to outline some ‘rules of engagement’ to create a level playing field for sharing business across the network.

For clarity, we have accounted for two types of situations here – we appreciate that there will likely be nuances to each circumstance, but these are the headlines:

1) Client Referral: Another trainer passing a client lead for business to another trainer

2) Session Cover: Where another trainer stands in for a trainer

All transactions will take place directly between trainers, the MWTN will not be involved. What we’re outlining here is a best practice solution that we’ve concluded based on what you’ve shared.

Client Referral: £50 flat fee paid to client referrer once training has been invoiced

Session Cover: The full session fee as charged to the client to be paid to the covering trainer minus a £50 admin fee given to the account manager (licensee whose session is being covered)

We hope this provides some clarity for everyone.
