I've recently discovered Featured Posts on LinkedIn (forgive me if you're well aware of this already but I wasn't).
You can pin posts, share links and content and it will appear just below your about section. I'd recommend having your training sales brochure on here so it's easy for your prospects to access. You can see how I've done it on my LinkedIn page here: Helen's LinkedIn

A couple of tips for livening up your social media posts...
1) You can insert bold fonts on your posts to break up the text and give definition to what you're saying. I use the bold on here as it's compatible with both Facebook and LinkedIn: https://yaytext.com/
2) Utilise tasteful emojis to break up some of your points, for punctuation and to highlight things. It's best to use them sparingly but they can add some nice accents to bring posts to life. I tend to use these often: ➡📢💜💻🖱👀📌👉🏻🤝
